Data Deletion Instructions
No app installation or sign-in is required to request deletion.
You can also send your request directly to [email protected]. Sending an email starts a request; it does not immediately delete your account.
Delete your DramaEnjoy account and data
Request deletion by email (no app installation or sign-in required)
Send your request to [email protected] with the subject "DramaEnjoy account deletion request".
Please include your DramaEnjoy UID or the email linked to your account, if available, and the sign-in method you used. If possible, send the request from your linked email address. If you no longer have access to that address or used a guest account, explain this so we can help verify ownership.
Ask us to delete your DramaEnjoy account and associated personal data. This request can also cover support conversations and uploaded images, which are managed separately from the in-app deletion process. Do not send passwords, login codes, or full payment-card details.
We will verify account ownership before acting to prevent someone else from deleting your account. An email request does not instantly delete data. We normally complete deletion within 30 days after verifying ownership, subject to any shorter deadline required by applicable law. If an extension is legally permitted and necessary, we will explain the reason and expected completion date. We will explain any applicable retention exceptions and confirm the outcome when processed.
Delete your account in the app
1. Open DramaEnjoy and sign in to the account you want to delete, using the same Google, Facebook or email login you used before.
2. Open Profile (My), tap the Settings icon, then select Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion. This permanently removes your account from the active account database. You will be signed out.
What is deleted
The in-app account deletion action removes your account profile, saved email, linked social-login identifiers, device sessions and registered push tokens, watch history and viewing-statistics records, favorites, likes, comments, unlocked episodes, coin ledger, rewards, recharge and membership order records stored with that account, reservations, and personal notification records. This cannot be undone.
Other records
Deleting DramaEnjoy does not delete your Google or Facebook account. Payment providers and app stores retain their own records under their policies. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription: cancel it in the store's subscription settings separately.
Customer-support conversations, uploaded attachment files, operational logs and backups are managed separately and are not automatically erased by the in-app account deletion action. Contact [email protected] to request their deletion as well. If any information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or an ongoing dispute, we will explain which information is retained, the reason and the applicable retention period. Copies held by independent payment providers or app stores follow their own retention policies.
Facebook connection
You can also remove DramaEnjoy in Facebook Settings > Apps and websites. Removing the Facebook connection alone does not submit a DramaEnjoy account-deletion request. Use the email or in-app steps above to delete the DramaEnjoy account.
